The supporters of Chorrillos booed when Chatruc FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 5 match minutes in a wonderful position. Santos Edwardo didn't get a good kick on the ball. 7 minutes into the match, Chorrillos's Eustacio Jurgi sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Honorato Constancio narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After some fancy dribbling in the 9th minute, Cristian Ursino managed to get in a good position for a shot. Chorrillos's supporters rose to their feet, but Cristian Ursino was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Honorato Constancio breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After 15 played minutes, Chatruc FC's Leonides Romelio shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Aquiles Malvin came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Chatruc FC reached it. Honorato Constancio stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Genaro Lamberto's shot from short distance in the 32nd minute. Aquiles Malvin showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Casimiro Urdin, who was totally free with the ball in the 34th minute. With an all-out effort, Chorrillos's Honorato Constancio threw himself towards the right post 35 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Genaro Lamberto, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Genaro Lamberto in the 37th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Honorato Constancio saved Chatruc FC from getting behind. Honorato Constancio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Genaro Lamberto in the 39th minute of play. Casimiro Urdin received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 47th minute. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Orlando Oinaz made a kick off. Cristian Ursino fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 51st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Honorato Constancio having to interfere. Aquiles Malvin showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Orlando Oinaz in the 56th minute of the match. The Chorrillos fans cheered their team off the field, for while Chatruc FC had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
