The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Siro Mitxaut took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Eulalio Gorosti, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 8 minutes into the game, Fidel Eguntsenti was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Moreto Futbol Club's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Avestruz FC the free kick. After a rather tough play, Moreto Futbol Club's Fidel Eguntsenti got a free kick in the 8th minute. Siro Mitxaut showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Eulalio Gorosti, who was totally free with the ball in the 10th minute. 12 minutes into the match, Moreto Futbol Club's Abel Admon sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Siro Mitxaut narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Fidel Eguntsenti was shown his second yellow card after 13 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. In the 14th match minute, Moreto Futbol Club was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Fidel Eguntsenti to maneuver through the defense. Abel Admon recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 22nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The supporters of Moreto Futbol Club booed when Avestruz FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 24 match minutes in a wonderful position. Rosendo Barto didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 25 minutes, Anier Errando mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Moreto Futbol Club and the Avestruz FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 25th match minute, Moreto Futbol Club was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Anier Errando to maneuver through the defense. After 27 minutes of play, Avestruz FC's Cornelio Orlin made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Eriberto Inko was left in no man's land by his defense there! 31 minutes into the game, Avestruz FC's Cornelio Orlin nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Eriberto Inko made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-2. Cornelio Orlin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 35th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Eriberto Inko having to interfere. Abel Admon recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 37th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 39th minute, Cornelio Orlin ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Eriberto Inko was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-3. Leonardo Orlondon received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 43rd minute. Siro Mitxaut tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 45th play minute Abel Admon came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Siro Mitxaut. 1-3.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Sebastian Hegoi made a kick off. After 51 minutes, Juan Onbera mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Moreto Futbol Club and the Avestruz FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Moreto Futbol Club's Juan Onbera got a free kick in the 51st minute. 53 minutes into the match, Moreto Futbol Club's goal looked a bit too open when Sebastian Hegoi came free, but Eriberto Inko reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Eulalio Gorosti fell near the penalty area in the 63rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Moreto Futbol Club's protests and gave Eulalio Gorosti a yellow card for diving instead. Eulalio Gorosti hit a great freekick 63 minutes into the match. Sebastian Hegoi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 77th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Eriberto Inko having to interfere. Cornelio Orlin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 86th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Sebastian Hegoi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 87th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With a little luck, Moreto Futbol Club's Eriberto Inko got control of the ball when Cornelio Orlin tried to sneak it across the goal line. Abel Admon sent away a hard shot on goal in the 91st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Siro Mitxaut didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Candido Salvadore went, in the 93rd minute, to the upper right corner, 3-4 was the resulting score. Avestruz FC's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
