An unexpectedly hard shot by Filiberto Caetano in the 9th minute of play forced Yerbas's goalkeeper Guido Jerico to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Florentino Benet could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 12th minute of the match, but Guido Jerico made a huge save. Braulio Soter struck a weak shot in the 13th minute. Pedro Haritzeder didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Yerbas. After having played for 16 minutes, Florentino Benet managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Pergamino's supporters crossed their fingers, but Florentino Benet was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 24 minutes into the match, Pergamino's goal looked a bit too open when Braulio Soter came free, but Pedro Haritzeder reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 26th minute the ball was on its way in behind Yerbas's goalkeeper Guido Jerico, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. If Filiberto Caetano had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 27th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Eriberto Satordi kicked well hit freekick during the 39th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Braulio Soter in the 45th minute of play forced Pergamino's goalkeeper Pedro Haritzeder to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Cipriano Cefero in the 47th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Pedro Haritzeder saved Pergamino from getting behind.

The wind increased when Cipriano Cefero made the kick off in the second half. Pergamino's Pedro Haritzeder played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cipriano Cefero in the 59th minute of play. Florentino Benet sent away a hard shot on goal in the 61st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 64th minute, Vinicio Naelio hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a defensive mix-up in Pergamino's zone, Braulio Soter stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Pedro Haritzeder came out of the goal and Braulio Soter tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 70th minute, Cirilo Florian hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Froilan Rocio took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 71st minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Pedro Haritzeder. Pergamino's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Cipriano Cefero received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 73rd minute. Pedro Haritzeder tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Gaudencio Perrando hit a great freekick 76 minutes into the match. Yerbas's Benedicto Eliazar got a good chance for a goal in the 78th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Florentino Benet fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 83rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Guido Jerico having to interfere. In the 84th minute, Nicasio Medina hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Guido Jerico made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Filiberto Caetano in the 85th minute of play. When the match had gone on for 90 minutes, Cipriano Cefero took a quick shot and it went in 1-1 without a chance for Pedro Haritzeder to make any attempt to save it. Filiberto Caetano's late challenge caught a Yerbas's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Filiberto Caetano helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Pergamino's Filiberto Caetano got a free kick in the 94th minute. The second half was just like the first, even and exciting. The match ended in a draw.
