Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Amadeo Ramone made the kick off and thus started the match. The supporters of Tikila F.C booed when Gimnasia was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 6 match minutes in a wonderful position. Natalio Orlo didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Pedro Confesor came up free with the goalie in the 9th minute, the Tikila F.C fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Pedro Confesor couldn't finish the play. 17 minutes into the game, Mauro Maurin was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Tikila F.C's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Gimnasia the free kick. Gimnasia's Anacleto Orixe couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 18th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Tikila F.C. Nunez Avellaneda fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 21st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Humberto Breogan having to interfere. Humberto Breogan made a fantastic save in the 22nd minute, when Hipolito Muc sent off a good shot on target. 26 minutes into the match, Tikila F.C's goal looked a bit too open when Nunez Avellaneda came free, but Humberto Breogan reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 37th match minute, Tikila F.C was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Lucio Salbatore to maneuver through the defense. After a defensive mix-up in Tikila F.C's zone, Anacleto Orixe stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Humberto Breogan came out of the goal and Anacleto Orixe tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. If Hipolito Muc had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 41st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Nunez Avellaneda blasted a shot towards the goal in the 43rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Humberto Breogan having to make a save. Jeremias Todor was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 45 minutes into the match.

The wind increased when Hipolito Muc made the kick off in the second half. Casimiro Eli's late challenge caught a Gimnasia's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Casimiro Eli helped the player get up and apologised. Casimiro Eli kicked well hit freekick during the 53rd minute of the match. When Hipolito Muc came up free with the goalie in the 56th minute, the Gimnasia fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Hipolito Muc couldn't finish the play. Tikila F.C's Humberto Breogan played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Hipolito Muc in the 62nd minute of play. Hipolito Muc fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 66th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Humberto Breogan having to interfere. Humberto Breogan took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Natalio Orlo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Jesus Vincent made a fantastic save in the 72nd minute, when Pedro Confesor sent off a good shot on target. In the 74th minute, Hipolito Muc ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Humberto Breogan was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. Hipolito Muc fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 80th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Humberto Breogan having to interfere. Hipolito Muc might have been able to make a better finish in the 83rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Humberto Breogan. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Hipolito Muc ran back to his position shaking his head. Hipolito Muc sent away a hard shot on goal in the 84th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 90th minute, Amadeo Ramone fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Jesus Vincent, passed just outside the right post.
