In the 13thth minute of the game Saul Lartaun who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Ben-Hur de Rafaela's Paolo Quinton was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Paolo Quinton made an important save on a dangerous shot by Saul Lartaun in the 23rd minute. When Victoriano Otsoa came up free with the goalie in the 35th minute, the Golden Star F.C. fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Victoriano Otsoa couldn't finish the play. Victoriano Otsoa sent away a hard shot on goal in the 38th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Golden Star F.C.'s Saul Lartaun got a good chance for a goal in the 39th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Saul Lartaun took the ball and in the 42 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Paolo Quinton. Paolo Quinton dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. Victoriano Otsoa fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 48th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Paolo Quinton having to interfere. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

In the 52nd match minute, Ben-Hur de Rafaela was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Natalio Palos to maneuver through the defense. Victoriano Otsoa fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 53rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Paolo Quinton having to interfere. Hugo Mikolas kicked well hit freekick during the 57th minute of the match. In the 59thth minute of the game Eleuterio Blasi who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Golden Star F.C.'s Anier Oroitz was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 61st minute, Hugo Mikolas hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Paolo Quinton showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Saul Lartaun, who was totally free with the ball in the 70th minute. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Hugo Mikolas during the 71st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Hugo Mikolas hit a great freekick 71 minutes into the match. In the 77th match minute, Ben-Hur de Rafaela was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Javier Seber to maneuver through the defense. Saul Lartaun recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 78th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 79th minute Victoriano Otsoa shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Paolo Quinton saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 81st minute, Victoriano Otsoa got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Paolo Quinton showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Saul Lartaun in the 83rd minute of the match. Saul Lartaun fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 84th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Paolo Quinton having to interfere. If Saul Lartaun had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 86th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Saul Lartaun scored 3-0 in the 92nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Paolo Quinton, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Golden Star F.C. walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
