The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Camilo Jerrald in the 3rdth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Juan Quintun, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. After 4 minutes, Juan Birila mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Amoschina and the Rayuela FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 4th minute, Juan Birila hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 6th minute, Rayuela FC's Camilo Jerrald dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-0. If Camilo Jerrald had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 10th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Isidro Peli in the 15th minute of play forced Rayuela FC's goalkeeper Rodolfo Montel to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 19 minutes into the game, Amoschina's Hugo Palos nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Rodolfo Montel made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1. 22 minutes into the match, Rayuela FC's Camilo Jerrald sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Juan Quintun narrowly saved just below the crossbar. The audience thought a goal was coming when Camilo Jerrald got free with Juan Quintun in the 25th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After a defensive mix-up in Amoschina's zone, Romeo Herena stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Juan Quintun came out of the goal and Romeo Herena tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 39th minute, Camilo Jerrald got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After having played for 41 minutes, Tomas Bastia managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Rayuela FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Tomas Bastia was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Isidro Peli made a kick off. Juan Quintun didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Eloy Heriberto went, in the 59th minute, to the upper right corner, 4-2 was the resulting score. Hugo Palos kicked well hit freekick during the 62nd minute of the match. If Camilo Jerrald had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 64th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 65 played minutes Amoschina got a freekick which was hit by Arnaldo Frasquito. Eloy Heriberto sent away a hard shot on goal in the 68th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 70th minute, Camilo Jerrald got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Serafino Haritz hit a great freekick 71 minutes into the match. In the 74th match minute, Rayuela FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Luis Chuse to maneuver through the defense. In the 77th minute Eloy Heriberto shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Juan Quintun saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Luis Chuse had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 92nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When the referee ended the match the Rayuela FC players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
