After some careless play in the Forestal Pico AFC defense, Amado Berto kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Antonio Argoitz. The Forestal Pico AFC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Antonio Argoitz should have stopped the shot. Amado Berto received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 13th minute. Antonio Argoitz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 15th minute, Ladislao Duarte fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Antonio Argoitz, passed just outside the right post. Camilo Vitin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 17th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Marciano Resto having to interfere. Amado Berto sent away a hard shot on goal in the 19th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. SARANDI CITY's Marciano Jerardo got a good chance for a goal in the 20th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Marciano Resto showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Camilo Vitin, who was totally free with the ball in the 23rd minute. SARANDI CITY's Amado Berto pulled a muscle in his leg after 25 minutes and couldn't finish the game. Marciano Resto made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Albino Eleder in the 32nd minute of play. Salvador Thomas who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 34thth minute tested the skills of Antonio Argoitz when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Salvador Thomas's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 43rdth minute, Antonio Argoitz skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. After 46 minutes of play, SARANDI CITY's Salvador Thomas made it 2-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Antonio Argoitz was left in no man's land by his defense there! Af the end of the first half the score was 2-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Albino Eleder made a kick off. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Salvador Thomas in the 53rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Antonio Argoitz saved Forestal Pico AFC from getting behind. The supporters of SARANDI CITY booed when Forestal Pico AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 59 match minutes in a wonderful position. Dionisio Maurino didn't get a good kick on the ball. SARANDI CITY's Marciano Resto proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 62nd minute of the match, managed to save SARANDI CITY from getting a goal against them. When SARANDI CITY's Salvador Thomas in the 66th minute got a chance for a shot 66th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Forestal Pico AFC's goalie prevented a goal. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Ladislao Duarte in the 71st minute a chance for a shot on goal. In the 74th match minute, SARANDI CITY was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Freddy Txilar to maneuver through the defense. Salvador Thomas's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Antonio Argoitz read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 79th minute of play. If Salvador Thomas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 83rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Salvador Thomas fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 85th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Antonio Argoitz having to interfere. Baldomero Gilen made in the 87th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Forestal Pico AFC's Modesto Hodei. Antonio Argoitz stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Salvador Thomas's shot from short distance in the 91st minute. Freddy Txilar struck a weak shot in the 92nd minute. Antonio Argoitz didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for SARANDI CITY. SARANDI CITY's Salvador Thomas got a good chance for a goal in the 96th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. There was no doubt that SARANDI CITY were the better team. SARANDI CITY's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
