Isidoro Dunixi struck a weak shot in the 9th minute. Mauro Quexal didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Escalante. In the 16th minute, Joaquin Resto hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 18 minutes into the match, Leandro Godoy notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Escalante's Vinicio Furtado. Vinicio Furtado was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Vinicio Furtado showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Aquilino Fero in the 23rd minute of the match. In the 31st minute Pablo Honesto shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Vinicio Furtado saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After having played for 34 minutes, Isidoro Dunixi managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. The audience thought a goal was coming when Isidoro Dunixi got free with Mauro Quexal in the 40th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 43 minutes into the match, Justo Quintan had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Mauro Quexal. Tilcara AFC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Justo Quintan was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. If Isidoro Dunixi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 48th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

Isidoro Dunixi ran back to his position shaking his head. Isidoro Dunixi kicked well hit freekick during the 66th minute of the match. In the 68th minute, Melchor Gumaro reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Vinicio Furtado. The goal made the score 1-2. Leandro Godoy's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Vinicio Furtado read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 72nd minute of play. Tilcara AFC's Mauro Quexal played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Justo Quintan in the 73rd minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 78th minute, Justo Quintan managed to get in a good position for a shot. Escalante's supporters rose to their feet, but Justo Quintan was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Mauro Quexal breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 79 minutes into the game, Isidoro Dunixi cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-2. Mauro Quexal was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. If Isidoro Dunixi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 88th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Justo Quintan sent away a hard shot on goal in the 92nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Aquilino Fero sent away a hard shot on goal in the 94th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Anselmo Joseph hit a great freekick 95 minutes into the match. In the 96th minute of the match Urbano Estevez sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Vinicio Furtado skillfully saved the ball.
