Spectators: 7263 (Terracing: 5449, Seating: 1670, VIP seats: 144) After some careless play in the Calilegua defense, Lorenzo Hori kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Benito Meder. The Calilegua fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Benito Meder should have stopped the shot. Hermengildo Cucao recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 12th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Eustacio Romero hit a great freekick 16 minutes into the match. Eustacio Romero's late challenge caught a Calilegua's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Aristides Cucao was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 20th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. Hermengildo Cucao in the 22ndth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Generoso Duardo, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Esteve Oxarra received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 23rd minute. Generoso Duardo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 26th minute, Esteve Oxarra got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 28th minute, Esteve Oxarra managed to get in a good position for a shot. Calilegua's supporters rose to their feet, but Esteve Oxarra was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Generoso Duardo breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Calilegua's Hermengildo Cucao got a good chance for a goal in the 38th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. A collision led to Volcán getting a freekick after 43 minutes play. Eustacio Romero hit a great ball. Esteve Oxarra in the 45thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Generoso Duardo, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. 47 minutes into the game, Hermengildo Cucao cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-1. Generoso Duardo was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

Thanks to some nice moves Francisco Baleren could shoot a difficult shot in the 53rd minute, which Benito Meder however easily saved by the left post. 54 minutes into the match, Volcán's goal looked a bit too open when Esteve Oxarra came free, but Generoso Duardo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 66 minutes into the game, Lorenzo Hori recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Benito Meder. Lorenzo Hori showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-2. With his leg Benito Meder managed to avoid a goal in the 70thth minute, when Volcán's Francisco Baleren fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. When Esteve Oxarra came up free with the goalie in the 72nd minute, the Calilegua fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Esteve Oxarra couldn't finish the play. Generoso Duardo came out of the goal in the 75th minute to try and stop a shot by Calilegua's Esteve Oxarra. But to his dismay, Esteve Oxarra quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-2. Esteve Oxarra scored 3-2 in the 79th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Generoso Duardo, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. A collision led to Calilegua getting a freekick after 82 minutes play. Jonathan Faro hit a great ball. The audience was convinced that Lorenzo Hori's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Benito Meder was relentless in the 84th minute of the game. Generoso Duardo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Esteve Oxarra in the 86th minute of the match. Hermengildo Cucao sent away a hard shot on goal in the 88th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Hermengildo Cucao scored 4-2 in the 90th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Generoso Duardo, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 94 minutes into the game, Benedicto Ellande was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Volcán's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Calilegua the free kick. 96 minutes into the game, Volcán's Francisco Baleren nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Benito Meder made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 4-3. When the referee ended the match the Calilegua players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
