Generoso Duardo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Freddy Txilar in the 8th minute of the match. Volcán's Generoso Duardo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Amado Berto in the 13th minute of play. When the match clock showed 14 minutes, the score became 0-2 when Ladislao Duarte sped through Volcán's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Generoso Duardo. Genaro Tristan charged in rather forcefully in the 18th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Genaro Tristan the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Genaro Tristan kicked well hit freekick during the 19th minute of the match. After recieving a nice pass, Volcán's Leandro Leoncio tried to score from far away in the 19th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. After some fancy dribbling in the 23rd minute, Marciano Jerardo managed to get in a good position for a shot. SARANDI CITY's supporters rose to their feet, but Marciano Jerardo was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Generoso Duardo breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. When the match clock showed 24 minutes, the score became 0-3 when Amado Berto sped through Volcán's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Generoso Duardo. Generoso Duardo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Marcos Paulin, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The audience thought a goal was coming when Francisco Baleren got free with Marciano Resto in the 32nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Amado Berto sent away a hard shot on goal in the 37th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Leandro Leoncio kicked well hit freekick during the 38th minute of the match. After some careless play in the Volcán defense, Amado Berto kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Generoso Duardo. The Volcán fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Generoso Duardo should have stopped the shot. After some fancy dribbling in the 46th minute, Freddy Txilar managed to get in a good position for a shot. SARANDI CITY's supporters rose to their feet, but Freddy Txilar was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Generoso Duardo breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The Volcán players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. SARANDI CITY were winning 1-4.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Francisco Baleren to make the kick off. Volcán's Generoso Duardo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Marciano Jerardo in the 55th minute of play. When Amado Berto, who was free, got the in front of the goal in the 62 minute he wasn't focused and tipped the ball just over the goal. The Generoso Duardo was delighted since the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. After a defensive mix-up in Volcán's zone, Ladislao Duarte stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Generoso Duardo came out of the goal and Ladislao Duarte tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The crowd rose to their feet as SARANDI CITY's Marciano Jerardo slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Generoso Duardo. That made the score 1-5 after 64 minutes of play. After 67 played minutes SARANDI CITY got a freekick which was hit by Benjamin Pinto. The supporters of SARANDI CITY booed when Volcán was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 67 match minutes in a wonderful position. Lorenzo Hori didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 71st minute, Aristides Dantae hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Francisco Baleren blasted a shot towards the goal in the 79th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Marciano Resto having to make a save. SARANDI CITY's Amado Berto was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 81st play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. Generoso Duardo made a fantastic save in the 85th minute, when Amado Berto sent off a good shot on target. Amado Berto came free with the goalkeeper in the 87th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Generoso Duardo could save by the left post. After having played for 88 minutes, Ladislao Duarte managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. SARANDI CITY's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ladislao Duarte was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Generoso Duardo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Amado Berto, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The audience thought a goal was coming when Ladislao Duarte got free with Generoso Duardo in the 92nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Marciano Resto didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Francisco Baleren went, in the 99th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-7 was the resulting score. When the match was over SARANDI CITY could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Volcán throughout the match.
