Spectators: 7199 (Terracing: 5401, Seating: 1655, VIP seats: 143) In the 6th minute Feliberto Terciero shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ignacio Bernebe saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Patricio Montrelle showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Prospero Frederico, who was totally free with the ball in the 9th minute. The supporters of Jueya booed when Saavedra was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 14 match minutes in a wonderful position. Emanuel Ferdinand didn't get a good kick on the ball. Gualterio Paez fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 20th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ignacio Bernebe having to interfere. Jueya's Patricio Montrelle played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gerardo Remigio in the 25th minute of play. The audience was convinced that Gualterio Paez's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Ignacio Bernebe was relentless in the 31st minute of the game. Emanuel Ferdinand recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 35th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Gualterio Paez struck a weak shot in the 41st minute. Ignacio Bernebe didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Jueya. Ignacio Bernebe made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gualterio Paez in the 42nd minute of play. After some careless play in the Jueya defense, Gerardo Remigio kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Patricio Montrelle. The Jueya fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Patricio Montrelle should have stopped the shot. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Gerardo Remigio to strike the kick off in the second half. Eliseo Bernebe received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 52nd minute. Patricio Montrelle tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. A collision led to Jueya getting a freekick after 53 minutes play. Jimeno Txindoki hit a great ball. When Felix Mergildo fell near the penalty area in the 55th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Jueya's protests and gave Felix Mergildo a yellow card for diving instead. In the 55th minute, Felix Mergildo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 59 minutes into the match, Jueya's goalkeeper Patricio Montrelle had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Prospero Frederico. After some careless play in the Jueya defense, Prospero Frederico kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Patricio Montrelle. The Jueya fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Patricio Montrelle should have stopped the shot. In the 69th minute, Jueya's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Prospero Frederico fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. In the 72nd minute, Jimeno Txindoki got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Gualterio Paez blasted a shot towards the goal in the 86th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Ignacio Bernebe having to make a save. Gualterio Paez fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 89th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ignacio Bernebe having to interfere. After having played for 93 minutes, Feliberto Terciero managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Jueya's supporters crossed their fingers, but Feliberto Terciero was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal.
