Blas Duarte was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 16th minute Anacleto Truylos shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Blas Duarte saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Rafael Gonzales had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 17th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Blas Duarte made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rafael Gonzales in the 24th minute of play. The audience was convinced that Gavino Maura's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Blas Duarte was relentless in the 30th minute of the game. If Albano Brais had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 32nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Roque Elorri made an important save on a dangerous shot by Marco Rosalio in the 34th minute. 35 minutes into the match, Deportivo Angustia's goal looked a bit too open when Nereo Eleder came free, but Blas Duarte reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 38th minute Rafael Gonzales shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Blas Duarte saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 40th minute, Albano Argider managed to get in a good position for a shot. Deportivo Angustia's supporters rose to their feet, but Albano Argider was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Roque Elorri breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After the first half Saiko Team were leading 0-3. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

In the 57th minute Anacleto Truylos shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Blas Duarte saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Blas Duarte showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Nereo Eleder, who was totally free with the ball in the 58th minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Rafael Gonzales got free with Blas Duarte in the 59th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. An unexpectedly hard shot by Anacleto Truylos in the 60th minute of play forced Deportivo Angustia's goalkeeper Blas Duarte to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Blas Duarte was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Rafael Gonzales showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-4 in the 61 minute of play. In the 64th play minute Rafael Gonzales came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Blas Duarte. 0-5. Rafael Gonzales could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 68th minute of the match, but Blas Duarte made a huge save. Blas Duarte came out of the goal in the 73rd minute to try and stop a shot by Saiko Team's Rafael Gonzales. But to his dismay, Rafael Gonzales quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-7. After some fancy dribbling in the 77th minute, Gavino Maura managed to get in a good position for a shot. Saiko Team's supporters rose to their feet, but Gavino Maura was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Blas Duarte breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After a rather tough play, Saiko Team's Rafael Gonzales got a free kick in the 88th minute. Gavino Maura scored 0-10 in the 90th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Blas Duarte, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Blas Duarte made a fantastic save in the 96th minute, when Rafael Gonzales sent off a good shot on target. In the 97th play minute Gavino Maura came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Blas Duarte. 0-11. The Deportivo Angustia fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Saiko Team were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
