Adan James started the match with the kick off. In the 4th match minute, El Joro was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Roberto Ospetsu to maneuver through the defense. If Adan James had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 7th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The audience thought a goal was coming when Nicanor Eneas got free with Ramon Eudoxio in the 10th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 13 minutes into the match, El Joro's goal looked a bit too open when Leandro Iigo came free, but Pitin Fresnedo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Adan James received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 39th minute. Ramon Eudoxio tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Adan James was extremely unlucky when he, in the 41st minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. The audience thought a goal was coming when Nicanor Eneas got free with Ramon Eudoxio in the 44th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Leandro Iigo to make the kick off. El Joro's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Leandro Iigo 51 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 0-1. Adan James sent away a hard shot on goal in the 55th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Nicanor Eneas came up free with the goalie in the 57th minute, the El Joro fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Nicanor Eneas couldn't finish the play. Adan James fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 65th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ramon Eudoxio having to interfere. When the match had gone on for 73 minutes, Adan James put it in 1-1 from a short distance just to the right of Ramon Eudoxio. The referee felt a red card was in order, 86 minutes into the game, when Leonardo Lixandro put in a rough tackle. 85 minutes into the game, one of El Joro:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Ignacio Larpe placed the ball on the penalty spot and got himself ready to shoot. Post out! If Leandro Iigo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 91st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Silvano Montrelle in the 96th minute of play forced Alpatacal's goalkeeper Ramon Eudoxio to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Nicanor Eneas fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 97th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ramon Eudoxio having to interfere. The Alpatacal players were the happier at the end of the match as they had prevented El Joro from taking control. The game ends in a draw.
