El Joro's Nicanor Eneas got a good chance for a goal in the 34th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Juan Garikoitz didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Nicanor Eneas went, in the 39th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-1 was the resulting score. Juan Garikoitz came out of the goal in the 43rd minute to try and stop a shot by El Joro's Adan James. But to his dismay, Adan James quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-2.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Anier Telesforo was the one to do the kick off. 56 minutes into the match, Viale's goalkeeper Juan Garikoitz had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Nicanor Eneas. Nicanor Eneas fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 57th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Juan Garikoitz having to interfere. Anier Telesforo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 59th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Pitin Fresnedo having to interfere. The audience thought a goal was coming when Nicanor Eneas got free with Juan Garikoitz in the 63rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Pitin Fresnedo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Anier Telesforo, who was totally free with the ball in the 66th minute. Daniel Bakar fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 68th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Pitin Fresnedo having to interfere. Pitin Fresnedo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Anier Telesforo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a defensive mix-up in El Joro's zone, Roberto Misael stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Pitin Fresnedo came out of the goal and Roberto Misael tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Daniel Bakar sent away a hard shot on goal in the 73rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 75th minute Anier Telesforo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Pitin Fresnedo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Pitin Fresnedo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Daniel Bakar, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Pitin Fresnedo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Anier Telesforo in the 77th minute of the match. Viale's Juan Garikoitz proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 79th minute of the match, managed to save Viale from getting a goal against them. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. El Joro walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
