Erasmo Eneto was out of position in the 13 minute of play, and Teo Errapel capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Teo Errapel really showed his touch with that goal: 1-0. A very good chance. 28 minutes in the game, Manuel Cordera dribbled his way through the penalty area and after maneuvering past an opponent, drilled a quick shot at the goal. The ball looked like it was going in, but it was hit a bit too hard and flew over the goal. Baltasar Mercurio received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Erasmo Eneto came out and tried to block the shot, but Baltasar Mercurio slotted it home off the left post making it 2-0 in the 39th minute. If Teo Errapel had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 43rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 46th minute, Elias Abancens got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After a rather tough play, Acomelia's Cristian Saturnin got a free kick in the 48th minute. Teo Errapel received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 50th minute. Erasmo Eneto tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-0. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Manuel Cordera to make the kick off. If Teo Errapel had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 59th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Cleto Gabon fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 62nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Erasmo Eneto having to interfere. Acomelia's Erasmo Eneto played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cleto Gabon in the 66th minute of play. Cleto Gabon recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 72nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 77th minute, Baltasar Mercurio managed to get in a good position for a shot. Gonnet's supporters rose to their feet, but Baltasar Mercurio was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Erasmo Eneto breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. If Elias Abancens had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 81st minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Cleto Gabon in the 97th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Erasmo Eneto saved Acomelia from getting behind. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Gonnet fans cheered their team off the field, for while Acomelia had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
