Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Mario Chago kicked off to start the match. After having played for 8 minutes, Igor Gipuzkoa managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Itacaruaré FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Igor Gipuzkoa was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 10th minute, Arnaldo Baumer managed to get in a good position for a shot. Itacaruaré FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Arnaldo Baumer was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Justo Eleazar breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Arnaldo Baumer received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 14th minute. Justo Eleazar tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Epifanio Christobal hit a great freekick 17 minutes into the match. 19 minutes into the match, Itacaruaré FC's goal looked a bit too open when Mario Chago came free, but Amado Quintyn reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 26thth minute of the game Gaston Ledesma who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Itacaruaré FC's Amado Quintyn was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 29 minutes in the game, the ball went up into the seats when Itacaruaré FC's Igor Gipuzkoa fired away a shot that was just a little bit too high. He walked away shaking his head. Pipinas AFC's Justo Eleazar played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Igor Gipuzkoa in the 32nd minute of play. After 33 played minutes Pipinas AFC got a freekick which was hit by Domingos Lesardo. 39 minutes into the match, Arnaldo Baumer had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Justo Eleazar. Pipinas AFC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Arnaldo Baumer was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. Justo Eleazar made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Igor Gipuzkoa in the 48th minute of play. The Itacaruaré FC players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Pipinas AFC were winning 1-2.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Igor Gipuzkoa to make the kick off. The supporters of Itacaruaré FC booed when Pipinas AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 51 match minutes in a wonderful position. Bernardo Pello didn't get a good kick on the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Igor Gipuzkoa in the 53rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Justo Eleazar saved Pipinas AFC from getting behind. Justo Eleazar showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Igor Gipuzkoa, who was totally free with the ball in the 59th minute. Justo Eleazar stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Igor Gipuzkoa's shot from short distance in the 63rd minute. In the 67th minute, Pipinas AFC's Mario Chago ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Amado Quintyn. Amado Quintyn yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-3. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 69th minute of the game. One of Itacaruaré FC:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Pipinas AFC:s goal. Igor Gipuzkoa fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 74th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Justo Eleazar having to interfere. After having played for 79 minutes, Gaston Ledesma managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Pipinas AFC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Gaston Ledesma was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After a rather tough play, Pipinas AFC's Domingos Lesardo got a free kick in the 86th minute. Igor Gipuzkoa recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 88th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Pipinas AFC eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
