After 4 minutes, Remigio Baldovino mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Chañaritas FC and the Matador Futbol Club players grew even worse after the yellow card. Gogo Maju sent away a hard shot on goal in the 7th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Benigno Fonda kicked well hit freekick during the 10th minute of the match. Gogo Sabino took the ball and in the 20 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Omar Claude. Omar Claude dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. Gogo Sabino sent away a hard shot on goal in the 23rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Gogo Maju struck a weak shot in the 25th minute. Silvano Arixo didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Chañaritas FC. After 26 played minutes Matador Futbol Club got a freekick which was hit by Domingos Txordon. Matador Futbol Club's Silvano Arixo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gogo Maju in the 27th minute of play. If Tomas Belarmo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 29th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 37th minute, Chañaritas FC's Gogo Maju ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Silvano Arixo. Silvano Arixo yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-1. After 41 played minutes Matador Futbol Club got a freekick which was hit by Aureliano Ceandro. Benigno Fonda, 42 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. After 44 minutes, Eduardo Luix mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Chañaritas FC and the Matador Futbol Club players grew even worse after the yellow card. Eduardo Luix hit a great freekick 45 minutes into the match. After having played for 48 minutes, Gogo Maju managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Chañaritas FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Gogo Maju was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Tomas Belarmo stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. 52 minutes into the game, Aureliano Ceandro was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Matador Futbol Club's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Chañaritas FC the free kick. After a rather tough play, Matador Futbol Club's Aureliano Ceandro got a free kick in the 52nd minute. Omar Claude made an important save on a dangerous shot by Gogo Sabino in the 58th minute. 62 minutes into the match, Gogo Sabino dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Omar Claude, 1-2. A collision led to Chañaritas FC getting a freekick after 66 minutes play. Remigio Baldovino hit a great ball. After a defensive mix-up in Chañaritas FC's zone, Gogo Sabino stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Omar Claude came out of the goal and Gogo Sabino tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 82nd minute, Gogo Maju managed to get in a good position for a shot. Chañaritas FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Gogo Maju was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Silvano Arixo breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 84 minutes into the match, Chañaritas FC's Gogo Maju sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Silvano Arixo narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Silvano Arixo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gogo Maju in the 90th minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 91st minute, Tomas Belarmo managed to get in a good position for a shot. Matador Futbol Club's supporters rose to their feet, but Tomas Belarmo was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Omar Claude breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. If Gogo Sabino had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 95th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Matador Futbol Club eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
