After 34 minutes of play, Acomelia's Basilio Tonio made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Eriberto Pancho was left in no man's land by his defense there! Elias Abancens sent away a hard shot on goal in the 37th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 46th match minute, Acomelia was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Leopoldo Ekaitz to maneuver through the defense. Rogelio Bordat kicked well hit freekick during the 48th minute of the match. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

Chancay FC's Eriberto Pancho played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Manuel Cordera in the 60th minute of play. 63 minutes into the match, Chancay FC's goal looked a bit too open when Manuel Cordera came free, but Eriberto Pancho reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Denis Mikeldi's late challenge caught a Acomelia's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Eriberto Pancho took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Manuel Cordera, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 67th minute Manuel Cordera shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Eriberto Pancho saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Manuel Cordera came up free with the goalie in the 76th minute, the Acomelia fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Manuel Cordera couldn't finish the play. Elias Abancens sent away a hard shot on goal in the 78th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 82 minutes into the game, Manuel Cordera cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-2. Eriberto Pancho was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. When Manuel Cordera came up free with the goalie in the 89th minute, the Acomelia fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Manuel Cordera couldn't finish the play. Elias Abancens's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Eriberto Pancho read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 90th minute of play. Isidoro Lorenz took the ball and in the 92 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Eriberto Pancho. Eriberto Pancho dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-2. In the 98th minute, Acomelia's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Rogelio Bordat fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Acomelia had won after a very even match.
