Spectators: 7109 (Terracing: 5441, Seating: 1668, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Ceferino Milio got the match started through his kick off. In the 6th minute, Ceferino Milio left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Barakaldo C.F. fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. In the 13th minute, Maximino Ticho hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After having played for 15 minutes, Jesus Muno managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Naipe FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Jesus Muno was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Matias Merexildo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 16th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ramiro Arixo having to interfere. If Jesus Muno had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 24th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Barakaldo C.F.'s Ramiro Arixo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Matias Merexildo in the 25th minute of play. A collision led to Barakaldo C.F. getting a freekick after 26 minutes play. Laureano Frans hit a great ball. Matias Merexildo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 27th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ramiro Arixo having to interfere. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Matias Merexildo in the 29th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Ramiro Arixo saved Barakaldo C.F. from getting behind. Ramiro Arixo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Matias Merexildo in the 32nd minute of the match. A collision led to Naipe FC getting a freekick after 34 minutes play. Enrique Mero hit a great ball. In the 37th minute of the match Barakaldo C.F. got a corner. Naipe FC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Iker Ilazki ran over to the corner to take the kick. After taking down the ball on Barakaldo C.F.'s corner Iker Ilazki fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Bruno Iban quite easily take care of the ball. Maximino Ticho took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 40th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Bruno Iban. Naipe FC's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Ceferino Milio fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 43rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bruno Iban having to interfere. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

The wind increased when Matias Merexildo made the kick off in the second half. Matias Merexildo struck a weak shot in the 53rd minute. Ramiro Arixo didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Naipe FC. Isaias Calvino received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 55th minute. Bruno Iban tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Ceferino Milio recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 57th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Isaias Calvino received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 58th minute. Bruno Iban tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Barakaldo C.F.'s zone, Matias Merexildo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ramiro Arixo came out of the goal and Matias Merexildo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Matias Merexildo blasted a shot towards the goal in the 68th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Ramiro Arixo having to make a save. After a defensive mix-up in Barakaldo C.F.'s zone, Jesus Muno stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ramiro Arixo came out of the goal and Jesus Muno tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 72 minutes of play, Naipe FC's Jesus Muno made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Ramiro Arixo was left in no man's land by his defense there! Jesus Muno recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 77th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 78th minute Matias Merexildo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ramiro Arixo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 80th minute Naipe FC were awarded a corner. Daniel Procopio went to the cornerflag to take it. After a rather tough play, Naipe FC's Matias Merexildo got a free kick in the 80th minute. Jesus Muno sent away a hard shot on goal in the 83rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 89th minute, Matias Merexildo got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After 93 minutes, Justino Vasco mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Barakaldo C.F. and the Naipe FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. Justino Vasco kicked well hit freekick during the 94th minute of the match. Both teams had looked equal from kick-off, and no-one was surprised when the match finally ended in a draw.
