Jonatan Francis made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Godfredo Beturian in the 21st minute of play. 23 minutes into the game, Efrain Dominic cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. Jonatan Francis was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Dario Benet sent away a hard shot on goal in the 26th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Paolo Baraquiel took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Hugo Afonso, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 28 played minutes Oasis got a freekick which was hit by Cipriano Rexino. Hugo Afonso fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 31st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Paolo Baraquiel having to interfere. If Dario Benet had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 34th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Paolo Baraquiel stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Hugo Afonso's shot from short distance in the 35th minute. Gonzalo Rosalio's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Paolo Baraquiel firmly grabbed it by the left post. In the 72nd minute Dario Benet shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Paolo Baraquiel saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Jonatan Francis showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Godfredo Beturian, who was totally free with the ball in the 79th minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Hugo Afonso in the 82nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Paolo Baraquiel saved Oasis from getting behind. The tension between the Los Hornos F.C and the Oasis players grew even worse after the yellow card. Oasis's Paolo Baraquiel played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dario Benet in the 93rd minute of play. Los Hornos F.C's Dario Benet got a good chance for a goal in the 95th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar.
