After 10 minutes, Godfredo Librado mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the El Principe F.C. and the MuñecoG 912 players grew even worse after the yellow card. Godfredo Librado hit a great freekick 10 minutes into the match. After a rather tough play, El Principe F.C.'s Cirilo Cesario got a free kick in the 11th minute. Victor Chan in the 13thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Narcomillo Paez, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. If Raul Efren had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 16th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Rene Garikoitz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Severo Jusepe in the 18th minute of play. With a little luck, El Principe F.C.'s Narcomillo Paez got control of the ball when Victorio Ferman tried to sneak it across the goal line. Severo Jusepe scored 1-1 in the 21st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Rene Garikoitz, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Gilberto Cordaryal charged in rather forcefully in the 25th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Gilberto Cordaryal the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 25 played minutes El Principe F.C. got a freekick which was hit by Gilberto Cordaryal. An unexpected shot in the 26th minute by Victorio Ferman got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. After some fancy dribbling in the 30th minute, Victorio Ferman managed to get in a good position for a shot. MuñecoG 912's supporters rose to their feet, but Victorio Ferman was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Narcomillo Paez breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 34th minute, MuñecoG 912's Victorio Ferman dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 2-1. Damian Crispo hit a great freekick 39 minutes into the match. MuñecoG 912's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Eusebio Ritchie in the 41st minute. A nice corner shot did that Eusebio Ritchie got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Narcomillo Paez quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Severo Jusepe sent away a hard shot on goal in the 48th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Omar Jokin was the one to do the kick off. Rene Garikoitz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Omar Jokin, who was totally free with the ball in the 53rd minute. With an all-out effort, El Principe F.C.'s Rene Garikoitz threw himself towards the right post 55 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Godfredo Librado, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Rene Garikoitz made an important save on a dangerous shot by Severo Jusepe in the 56th minute. In the 56th minute, Benjamin Vasco hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Narcomillo Paez showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Raul Efren in the 59th minute of the match. Narcomillo Paez took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Victorio Ferman, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 64 minutes into the match, Severo Jusepe notched a goal, 2-2, to the right of MuñecoG 912's Rene Garikoitz. Rene Garikoitz was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Cirilo Cesario kicked well hit freekick during the 69th minute of the match. A collision led to El Principe F.C. getting a freekick after 72 minutes play. Damian Crispo hit a great ball. 73 minutes into the match, MuñecoG 912's Eusebio Ritchie broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. In the 76th minute of the match, Omar Jokin tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Rene Garikoitz saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. When Victorio Ferman came up free with the goalie in the 80th minute, the MuñecoG 912 fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Victorio Ferman couldn't finish the play. Victorio Ferman blasted a shot towards the goal in the 82nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Narcomillo Paez having to make a save. Victorio Ferman received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 86th minute. Narcomillo Paez tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Rene Garikoitz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Godfredo Librado in the 88th minute of the match. In the 94th minute Godfredo Librado shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rene Garikoitz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 95 minutes into the game, Omar Jokin recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Rene Garikoitz. Omar Jokin showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-3. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. El Principe F.C. walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
