Spectators: 7225 (Terracing: 5420, Seating: 1662, VIP seats: 143) Isaias Arlo blasted a shot towards the goal in the 5th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Ismael Reyes having to make a save. Urbano Eneto's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Ismael Reyes read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 9th minute of play. In the 9thth minute of the game Urbano Eneto who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Mascasín's Ismael Reyes was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 18th minute, Urbano Eneto got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Ramiro Matro kicked well hit freekick during the 22nd minute of the match. When Damian Cordeal fell near the penalty area in the 24th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Atlanta United's protests and gave Damian Cordeal a yellow card for diving instead. Mascasín's Feliciano Cordera couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 24th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Atlanta United. Atilano Bertran sent away a hard shot on goal in the 30th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 33 minutes into the game, Damian Cordeal cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-0. Ismael Reyes was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Ismael Reyes made an important save on a dangerous shot by Isaias Arlo in the 36th minute. Santos Erauso kicked well hit freekick during the 37th minute of the match. When the match had gone on for 40 minutes, Urbano Eneto put it in 2-0 from a short distance just to the right of Ismael Reyes. In the 43rd minute, Isaias Arlo got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Francisco Diegotxe made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Virgilio Jenaro in the 47th minute of play. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Virgilio Jenaro was the one to do the kick off. In the 54th minute Mascasín were awarded a corner. Feliciano Cordera went to the cornerflag to take it. Feliciano Cordera made a great header on Mascasín's corner, it was just that Atlanta United's Francisco Diegotxe managed to reach the ball for a save. Ismael Reyes came out of the goal in the 56th minute to try and stop a shot by Atlanta United's Urbano Eneto. But to his dismay, Urbano Eneto quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-0. Urbano Eneto struck a weak shot in the 59th minute. Ismael Reyes didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Atlanta United. In the 61stth minute of the game Isaias Arlo who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Mascasín's Ismael Reyes was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Urbano Eneto might have been able to make a better finish in the 62nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Ismael Reyes. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Urbano Eneto ran back to his position shaking his head. Ismael Reyes showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Urbano Eneto, who was totally free with the ball in the 64th minute. If Urbano Eneto had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 65th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 71 minutes, Urbano Eneto made it 4-0 with a short kick to the right side. Mascasín's Ismael Reyes tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 74th minute, Damian Cordeal hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 78 played minutes Mascasín got a freekick which was hit by Evelio Poz. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Urbano Eneto during the 83rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Atlanta United fans cheered their team off the field, for while Mascasín had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
