Teo Urtzi showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Natalio Etxatxu, who was totally free with the ball in the 3rd minute. Natalio Etxatxu was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 5th minute. LUJAN F.C.'s manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Israel Anaya in the 10th minute of play forced LUJAN F.C.'s goalkeeper Mario Gonzo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Emanuel Iratxo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 11th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Deportivo Cabral's Teo Urtzi proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 14th minute of the match, managed to save Deportivo Cabral from getting a goal against them. Mario Gonzo stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Israel Anaya's shot from short distance in the 17th minute. After having played for 18 minutes, Natalio Etxatxu managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. LUJAN F.C.'s supporters crossed their fingers, but Natalio Etxatxu was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Ciriaco Leoncio fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 21st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Teo Urtzi having to interfere. Emanuel Iratxo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 25th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mario Gonzo having to interfere. Israel Anaya struck a weak shot in the 31st minute. Mario Gonzo didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Deportivo Cabral. The attack was good, but when Emanuel Iratxo in the 32nd minute was about to shoot he didn't kick quite good enough and the ball went high over goal. Natalio Etxatxu recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 34th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Emanuel Iratxo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 39th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. 41 minutes into the match, Deportivo Cabral's Israel Anaya sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Mario Gonzo narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 47th minute, one of LUJAN F.C.:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for LUJAN F.C.. The referee gave Deportivo Cabral a penalty, 49 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Javier Vela, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of LUJAN F.C.'s Mario Gonzo. 0-1. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

In the 63rd minute Emanuel Iratxo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mario Gonzo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Emanuel Iratxo might have been able to make a better finish in the 71st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Mario Gonzo. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Emanuel Iratxo ran back to his position shaking his head. Javier Vela hit a great freekick 74 minutes into the match. Teo Urtzi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ciriaco Leoncio in the 77th minute of play. Deportivo Cabral's Teo Urtzi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ciriaco Leoncio in the 83rd minute of play. Natalio Etxatxu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 85th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Teo Urtzi having to interfere. Teo Urtzi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Natalio Etxatxu in the 87th minute of play. In the 89th minute, Edgardo Gonzo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 93 minutes into the match, Natalio Etxatxu had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Teo Urtzi. Deportivo Cabral's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Natalio Etxatxu was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. Mario Gonzo made a fantastic save in the 98th minute, when Israel Anaya sent off a good shot on target. The teams fought very hard right up to the final whistle. Both sets of players were happy to go away with a draw.
