Claudio Montrelle kicked well hit freekick during the 9th minute of the match. Jonas Berdaitz received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 11th minute. Wilfredo Haritz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Casimiro Urtats showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jaime Sayveon, who was totally free with the ball in the 15th minute. Jonas Berdaitz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 20th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Wilfredo Haritz having to interfere. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Julian Harriet during the 21st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to Turungun getting a freekick after 22 minutes play. Julian Harriet hit a great ball. Claudio Montrelle received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 25th minute. After 29 played minutes Turungun got a freekick which was hit by Julian Harriet. 0-3 became the score in the 32nd minute when Jaime Sayveon elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. After 37th play minutes Jaime Sayveon shot 0-4, a short shot which went by Casimiro Urtats and just under the crossbar into goal. If Claudio Montrelle had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 42nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Claudio Montrelle sent away a hard shot on goal in the 44th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Claudio Montrelle fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 47th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Casimiro Urtats having to interfere. The Turungun players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Unión Trelew were winning 0-4.
Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Jonas Berdaitz to make the kick off. Bernabe Ruisko charged in rather forcefully in the 55th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Bernabe Ruisko the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Unión Trelew booed when Turungun was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 56 match minutes in a wonderful position. Bernabe Ruisko didn't get a good kick on the ball. Claudio Montrelle might have been able to make a better finish in the 69th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Casimiro Urtats. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Claudio Montrelle ran back to his position shaking his head. Jonas Berdaitz struck a weak shot in the 72nd minute. Wilfredo Haritz didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Turungun. Claudio Montrelle might have been able to make a better finish in the 82nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Casimiro Urtats. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Claudio Montrelle ran back to his position shaking his head. Julian Harriet was shown his second yellow card after 83 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent.
