Spectators: 6669 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1669, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Placido Maiorga took the kick off in the first half of the match. Cirilo Chico made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Placido Maiorga in the 4th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Alcira's Angelino Beremundo got a free kick in the 7th minute. In the 9th minute, Nicasio Mino left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Alcira fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-0. A collision led to Alcira getting a freekick after 12 minutes play. Luciano Bixintxo hit a great ball. In the 14th minute, Placido Maiorga made a precise shot to the right of Cirilo Chico. Alcira's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-1. Teodosio Loco recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 22nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Cirilo Chico stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Placido Maiorga's shot from short distance in the 30th minute. When Chañar AFC's Placido Maiorga in the 30th minute got a chance for a shot 30th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Alcira's goalie prevented a goal. In the 32nd minute, Justo Gervaso got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Guillermo Senin hit a great freekick 32 minutes into the match. After 34 minutes, Victoriano Javiero mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Alcira and the Chañar AFC players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 33 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Alcira! 41 minutes into the match, Chañar AFC's goalkeeper Urbano Perez had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Nicasio Mino. Cirilo Chico showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Placido Maiorga in the 44th minute of the match. A collision led to Alcira getting a freekick after 45 minutes play. Angelino Beremundo hit a great ball. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 1-2 lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Teodosio Loco to strike the kick off in the second half. If Justo Gervaso had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 52nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Bernardino Fidele's late challenge caught a Chañar AFC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Bernardino Fidele helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Alcira's Bernardino Fidele got a free kick in the 54th minute. In the 59th minute of the match, Justo Gervaso got a very nice opportunity to score, but Cirilo Chico was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Urbano Perez showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Nicasio Mino, who was totally free with the ball in the 66th minute. Teodosio Loco sent away a hard shot on goal in the 67th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 69 minutes into the game, Alcira's Nicasio Mino nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Urbano Perez made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-2. Teodosio Loco received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 76th minute. Urbano Perez tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 79th minute, Teodosio Loco managed to get in a good position for a shot. Alcira's supporters rose to their feet, but Teodosio Loco was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Urbano Perez breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Cirilo Chico showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Placido Maiorga, who was totally free with the ball in the 80th minute. Cirilo Chico was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Placido Maiorga showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 2-3 in the 82 minute of play. After a rather tough play, Chañar AFC's Gustavo Castel got a free kick in the 86th minute. In the 87th minute, Nicasio Mino got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Nicasio Mino in the 89th minute of play forced Chañar AFC's goalkeeper Urbano Perez to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Placido Maiorga received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 93rd minute. Cirilo Chico tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Placido Maiorga had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 96th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.
