In the 17th minute Esteban Felo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Filomeno Ospin saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Celso Gonzalez blasted a shot towards the goal in the 20th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Romeo Javiar having to make a save. Eriberto Joey kicked well hit freekick during the 22nd minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Los Leales's Gavino Ubelteso got a free kick in the 51st minute. In the 52nd minute, Aurelio Maura fired a really elegant long shot, but Filomeno Ospin threw himself and managed to get hold of the ball just in front of the right post. If Bonifacio Jerico had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 53rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Celso Gonzalez sent away a hard shot on goal in the 55th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Romeo Javiar showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Celso Gonzalez, who was totally free with the ball in the 60th minute. Romeo Javiar stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Celso Gonzalez's shot from short distance in the 62nd minute. Filomeno Ospin didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Esteban Felo went, in the 67th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-2 was the resulting score. 71 minutes into the match, Celso Gonzalez had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Romeo Javiar. Superquates F.C's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Celso Gonzalez was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-2. Esteban Felo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 75th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Filomeno Ospin having to interfere. In the 77th minute Prudencio Veronica shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Romeo Javiar saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Celso Gonzalez sent away a hard shot on goal in the 79th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Prudencio Veronica struck a weak shot in the 89th minute. Romeo Javiar didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Los Leales.
