In the 9th minute, Alcira's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Osvaldo Potente fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. 10 minutes into the match, Alcira's goal looked a bit too open when Osvaldo Potente came free, but Cirilo Chico reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Osvaldo Potente sent away a hard shot on goal in the 12th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Teodosio Loco had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 16th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 21 minutes into the match, La inerte barra de carbón's goal looked a bit too open when Nicasio Mino came free, but Alonzo Hotz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After some careless play in the La inerte barra de carbón defense, Remigio Salbatore kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Alonzo Hotz. The La inerte barra de carbón fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Alonzo Hotz should have stopped the shot. After a defensive mix-up in Alcira's zone, Osvaldo Potente stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Cirilo Chico came out of the goal and Osvaldo Potente tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 31st minute, Teodosio Loco left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Alcira fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2. Osvaldo Potente fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 35th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cirilo Chico having to interfere. A sloppy throw-in by Victoriano Javiero in the 37th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by La inerte barra de carbón's Dida Prestes. Alonzo Hotz came out of the goal in the 40th minute to try and stop a shot by Alcira's Teodosio Loco. But to his dismay, Teodosio Loco quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-3. 44 minutes into the game, Alcira's Nicasio Mino nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Alonzo Hotz made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-4. The La inerte barra de carbón players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Alcira were winning 0-4.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Teodosio Loco made a kick off. Eusebio Gabon sent away a hard shot on goal in the 53rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Alonzo Hotz made a fantastic save in the 56th minute, when Nicasio Mino sent off a good shot on target. Nicasio Mino could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 60th minute of the match, but Alonzo Hotz made a huge save. In the 62nd play minute Remigio Salbatore came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Alonzo Hotz. 0-5. La inerte barra de carbón's Dida Prestes managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Victoriano Javiero in the 70 minute of the game. Alonzo Hotz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Teodosio Loco in the 71st minute of play. 75 minutes into the game, Victoriano Javiero threw the ball into play from the sideline. La inerte barra de carbón's Dida Prestes quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. Dida Prestes sent away a hard shot on goal in the 76th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. La inerte barra de carbón's Alonzo Hotz proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 79th minute of the match, managed to save La inerte barra de carbón from getting a goal against them. In the 79th minute, Sait İsmail hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Osvaldo Potente came up free with the goalie in the 86th minute, the La inerte barra de carbón fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Osvaldo Potente couldn't finish the play. In a very dangerous position, a player in La inerte barra de carbón fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 90th minute. Penalty! Tiger Woods charged in rather forcefully in the 93rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Tiger Woods the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Thanks to some nice moves Nicasio Mino could shoot a difficult shot in the 96th minute, which Alonzo Hotz however easily saved by the left post. Tiger Woods kicked well hit freekick during the 97th minute of the match. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Alcira had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
