After 3 played minutes, Plátanos AFC's Roberto Fernandez shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Tomas Pirmin came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Plátanos AFC reached it. Benjamin Panpili sent away a hard shot on goal in the 15th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 18th match minute, Plátanos AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Victorio Nahia to maneuver through the defense. Jonas Vermudo succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 1-0 in the 20th playminute. Plátanos AFC's Higinio Mannie was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 23rd play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Benjamin Panpili in the 27th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Augusto Isauro prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Higinio Mannie sent away a hard shot on goal in the 29th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Higinio Mannie received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 34th minute. Tomas Pirmin tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Jonas Vermudo could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 36th minute of the match, but Tomas Pirmin made a huge save. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Benjamin Panpili in the 41st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Augusto Isauro prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 42nd minute, Isaac Odon hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Rumi's Benjamin Panpili got a good chance for a goal in the 43rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 47 minutes into the match, Plátanos AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Leonel Elazar came free, but Augusto Isauro reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Benjamin Panpili to strike the kick off in the second half. Plátanos AFC's Augusto Isauro proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 52nd minute of the match, managed to save Plátanos AFC from getting a goal against them. If Leonel Elazar had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 54th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Jonas Vermudo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 63rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tomas Pirmin having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 68th minute, Jonas Vermudo managed to get in a good position for a shot. Plátanos AFC's supporters rose to their feet, but Jonas Vermudo was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Tomas Pirmin breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. If Jonas Vermudo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 71st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 76 played minutes Rumi got a freekick which was hit by Eliseo Kaxen. Tomas Pirmin came out of the goal in the 82nd minute to try and stop a shot by Plátanos AFC's Higinio Mannie. But to his dismay, Higinio Mannie quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-0. Plátanos AFC's Jonas Vermudo got a good chance for a goal in the 89th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Igor Francesco during the 91st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 91st match minute, Plátanos AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Igor Francesco to maneuver through the defense. Rumi's Leonel Elazar got a good chance for a goal in the 97th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Plátanos AFC had won after a very even match.
