Spectators: 7169 (Terracing: 5456, Seating: 1672, VIP seats: 41) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Higinio Mannie took the kick off in the first half of the match. Augusto Isauro came out of the goal in the 3rd minute to try and stop a shot by Colchoneros a.c's Marciano Bidari. But to his dismay, Marciano Bidari quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. In the 6th minute Santo Sindo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Augusto Isauro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Igor Francesco fell near the penalty area in the 7th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Plátanos AFC's protests and gave Igor Francesco a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Colchoneros a.c booed when Plátanos AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 7 match minutes in a wonderful position. Igor Francesco didn't get a good kick on the ball. Augusto Isauro made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gerardo Leizarraga in the 9th minute of play. Leonardo Benvide fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 10th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Augusto Isauro having to interfere. After 15th play minutes Santo Sindo shot 0-2, a short shot which went by Augusto Isauro and just under the crossbar into goal. 18 minutes into the match, Colchoneros a.c's goal looked a bit too open when Higinio Mannie came free, but Zacarias Venceslas reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Augusto Isauro showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Leonardo Benvide in the 20th minute of the match. Zacarias Venceslas made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Higinio Mannie in the 21st minute of play. With 23 minutes on the clock, Romulo Oskitz commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. After 23 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Colchoneros a.c! When the match had been going on for 26 minutes, Plátanos AFC's Gavino Shepherd got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Zacarias Venceslas. The audience was convinced that Santo Sindo's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Augusto Isauro was relentless in the 32nd minute of the game. Augusto Isauro stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Santo Sindo's shot from short distance in the 33rd minute. When Colchoneros a.c's Santo Sindo in the 36th minute got a chance for a shot 36th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Plátanos AFC's goalie prevented a goal. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Gerardo Leizarraga in the 37th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Augusto Isauro prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Santo Sindo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 42nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 44 minutes of play, Colchoneros a.c's Victor Osmundo made it 1-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Augusto Isauro was left in no man's land by his defense there! Disappointed in the 1-3 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Santo Sindo was the one to do the kick off. Colchoneros a.c's Zacarias Venceslas played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ricardo Palben in the 52nd minute of play. In the 53rd minute, Colchoneros a.c's Santo Sindo ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Augusto Isauro. Augusto Isauro yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-4. Zacarias Venceslas came out of the goal in the 57th minute to try and stop a shot by Plátanos AFC's Higinio Mannie. But to his dismay, Higinio Mannie quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-4. An unexpectedly hard shot by Higinio Mannie in the 62nd minute of play forced Colchoneros a.c's goalkeeper Zacarias Venceslas to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Igor Francesco kicked well hit freekick during the 64th minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 68th minute, Santo Sindo managed to get in a good position for a shot. Colchoneros a.c's supporters rose to their feet, but Santo Sindo was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Augusto Isauro breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 72 minutes into the match, Plátanos AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Santo Sindo came free, but Augusto Isauro reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Santo Sindo struck a weak shot in the 82nd minute. Augusto Isauro didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Colchoneros a.c. Gerardo Leizarraga recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 84th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Augusto Isauro showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Santo Sindo in the 85th minute of the match. Colchoneros a.c's Fidel Bizen got a good chance for a goal in the 87th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Augusto Isauro took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Santo Sindo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 92nd minute, Colchoneros a.c's Santo Sindo ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Augusto Isauro. Augusto Isauro yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 2-5. In the 96th minute, Colchoneros a.c's Santo Sindo ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Augusto Isauro. Augusto Isauro yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 2-6. Colchoneros a.c's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
