Spectators: 6500 (Terracing: 4875, Seating: 1495, VIP seats: 130) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Clemente Martxot kicked off to start the match. Regatas SN's Inocencio Errando pulled a muscle in his back after 5 minutes and couldn't finish the game. Erubiel Ubelteso hit a great freekick 6 minutes into the match. Abelardo Monico received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 12th minute. Mateo Sindo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Abelardo Monico in the 14th minute of play forced Regatas SN's goalkeeper Mateo Sindo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Mateo Sindo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Abelardo Monico, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Mateo Sindo came out of the goal in the 17th minute to try and stop a shot by Los Planktons's Ambrosio Bermund. But to his dismay, Ambrosio Bermund quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. 22 minutes into the game, Los Planktons's Abelardo Monico nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Mateo Sindo made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-2. Ignacio Igon recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 25th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After a rather tough play, Los Planktons's Celso Cristos got a free kick in the 26th minute. Eliseo Senio hit a great freekick 29 minutes into the match. Mateo Sindo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Abelardo Monico in the 30th minute of play. When Los Planktons's Abelardo Monico in the 31st minute got a chance for a shot 31st didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Regatas SN's goalie prevented a goal. Ovidio Dominguez made a fantastic save in the 35th minute, when Antonio Atarrabi sent off a good shot on target. In the 36th minute Abelardo Monico shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mateo Sindo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Ignacio Igon came up free with the goalie in the 38th minute, the Los Planktons fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ignacio Igon couldn't finish the play. 41 minutes into the match, Ambrosio Bermund had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Mateo Sindo. Regatas SN's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Ambrosio Bermund was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-3. Los Planktons's Abelardo Monico got a good chance for a goal in the 44th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After the first half Los Planktons were leading 0-3. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Abelardo Monico stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Ignacio Igon received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 51st minute. Mateo Sindo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Mateo Sindo made an important save on a dangerous shot by Abelardo Monico in the 53rd minute. 55 minutes into the match, Los Planktons's Abelardo Monico sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Mateo Sindo narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Mateo Sindo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Abelardo Monico, who was totally free with the ball in the 57th minute. The Los Planktons fans' excitement grew in the 59th match minute when Los Planktons's Abelardo Monico looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-4 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Abelardo Monico received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 63rd minute. Mateo Sindo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 69 minutes into the match, Los Planktons's Abelardo Monico sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Mateo Sindo narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 71st minute, Abelardo Monico left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Los Planktons fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-5. When Abelardo Monico came up free with the goalie in the 78th minute, the Los Planktons fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Abelardo Monico couldn't finish the play. 80 minutes into the game, Ambrosio Bermund was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Los Planktons's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Regatas SN the free kick. Ambrosio Bermund kicked well hit freekick during the 80th minute of the match. In the 81st minute, Antonio Atarrabi hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Mateo Sindo stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Abelardo Monico's shot from short distance in the 85th minute. In the 88th minute of the match Agustin Lluc shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Mateo Sindo showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. The Regatas SN fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Los Planktons were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
