Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Miguel Belo started the match with the kick off. Miñones FC's Eustacio Sergi got a good chance for a goal in the 3rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Octavio Belmiro sent away a hard shot on goal in the 5th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 11 played minutes Miñones FC got a freekick which was hit by Atilano Fernandes. 16 minutes into the match, Miñones FC's Octavio Belmiro sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Federico Demesio narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Eustacio Sergi blasted a shot towards the goal in the 21st minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Federico Demesio having to make a save. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Eustacio Sergi in the 23rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Federico Demesio prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Federico Demesio made a fantastic save in the 23rd minute, when Octavio Belmiro sent off a good shot on target. In the 27th minute the ball was on its way in behind Estudiantes de La Plata's goalkeeper Federico Demesio, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 34th minute Miguel Belo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cosme Ofelio saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Estudiantes de La Plata's Federico Demesio proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 38th minute of the match, managed to save Estudiantes de La Plata from getting a goal against them. German Henrico received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 41st minute. Cosme Ofelio tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Joel Kauldi during the 45th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. With a little luck, Estudiantes de La Plata's Federico Demesio got control of the ball when Eustacio Sergi tried to sneak it across the goal line. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Eustacio Sergi to make the kick off. Cosme Ofelio showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Miguel Belo in the 53rd minute of the match. If Eustacio Sergi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 57th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Federico Demesio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Eustacio Sergi in the 60th minute of play. Eustacio Sergi recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 61st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Miguel Belo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 63rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cosme Ofelio having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 65th minute, Octavio Belmiro managed to get in a good position for a shot. Miñones FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Octavio Belmiro was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Federico Demesio breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Roque Su hit a great freekick 68 minutes into the match. Federico Demesio showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Octavio Belmiro, who was totally free with the ball in the 80th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Eustacio Sergi in the 81st minute of play forced Estudiantes de La Plata's goalkeeper Federico Demesio to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Matias Txanton fell near the penalty area in the 82nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Estudiantes de La Plata's protests and gave Matias Txanton a yellow card for diving instead. 92 minutes into the game, Filomeno Blasi was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Federico Demesio prevented the ball from getting in the gole. For all the effort they put into the match, the Estudiantes de La Plata players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Miñones FC.
