Rogelio Esdras charged in rather forcefully in the 4th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Rogelio Esdras the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. 3 minutes into the game, one of Ambrosetti:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. The referee gave Covunco FC a penalty, 6 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Cecilio Montez, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Ambrosetti's Tadeo Socorro. 0-1. Tadeo Socorro showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rodrigo Ieltxu in the 13th minute of the match. 14 minutes into the game, Covunco FC's Rodrigo Ieltxu nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Tadeo Socorro made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-2. 20 minutes into the match, Covunco FC's goalkeeper Leo Criston had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Ezequiel Erramu. Aureliano Bemabe fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 23rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tadeo Socorro having to interfere. Covunco FC's Leo Criston played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Moises Corderun in the 27th minute of play. In the 28th minute, Jorge Marin hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 31 minutes into the match, Ambrosetti's Edgardo Brais sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Leo Criston narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Moises Corderun received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 34th minute. Leo Criston tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 36 minutes into the match, Covunco FC's goalkeeper Leo Criston had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Edgardo Brais. Leo Criston went to the wrong direction when Enzo James was taking care of the penalty kick which however missed the goal. With his leg Leo Criston managed to avoid a goal in the 48thth minute, when Ambrosetti's Edgardo Brais fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Rodrigo Ieltxu to strike the kick off in the second half. Abel Veremundo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 61st minute. Leo Criston tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Rodrigo Ieltxu came up free with the goalie in the 64th minute, the Covunco FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Rodrigo Ieltxu couldn't finish the play. Covunco FC's Cecilio Montez couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 67th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Ambrosetti. With a little luck, Ambrosetti's Tadeo Socorro got control of the ball when Aureliano Bemabe tried to sneak it across the goal line. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Amancio Chesus during the 70th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 71st minute, Rodrigo Ieltxu fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Tadeo Socorro, passed just outside the right post. After 73 played minutes Ambrosetti got a freekick which was hit by Amancio Chesus. Ezequiel Erramu charged in rather forcefully in the 75th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Ezequiel Erramu the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Covunco FC booed when Ambrosetti was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 75 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ezequiel Erramu didn't get a good kick on the ball. Cecilio Montez took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 75th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Tadeo Socorro. Ambrosetti's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. In the 81st minute, Aureliano Bemabe fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Tadeo Socorro, passed just outside the right post. In the last second Tadeo Socorro throw himself and got hold of the ball when Rodrigo Ieltxu in the 83rdth minute from his position got away a shot towards the right post. Edgardo Brais struck a weak shot in the 85th minute. Leo Criston didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Ambrosetti. Fausto Emesto's late challenge caught a Ambrosetti's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Fausto Emesto helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Ambrosetti booed when Covunco FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 86 match minutes in a wonderful position. Fausto Emesto didn't get a good kick on the ball. 88 minutes into the match, Ambrosetti's Edgardo Brais sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Leo Criston narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Aureliano Bemabe recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 94th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Covunco FC had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
