Uriel Fe hit a great freekick 14 minutes into the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Damaso Berriotxoa in the 16th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Gogo Ponc saved C.S.D Catalina from getting behind. Emanuel Darien sent away a hard shot on goal in the 18th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. 27 minutes into the match, Damaso Berriotxoa had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Gogo Ponc. C.S.D Catalina's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Damaso Berriotxoa was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. Romeo Ladio struck a weak shot in the 33rd minute. Aurelio Quexal didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for C.S.D Catalina. If Felix Montay had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 35th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A collision led to C.S.D Catalina getting a freekick after 42 minutes play. Efrain Jon hit a great ball.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Felix Montay to make the kick off. The teams fought very hard right up to the final whistle. Both sets of players were happy to go away with a draw.
