In the 4thth minute of the game Celso Suarez who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Racing Club's Casimiro Bertin was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The supporters of Catalina y Ernesto F.C booed when Racing Club was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 8 match minutes in a wonderful position. Lino Urbasa didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 9th minute, Celso Suarez ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Casimiro Bertin was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. Casimiro Bertin showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Celso Suarez in the 12th minute of the match. After having played for 15 minutes, Emiliano Nerio managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Racing Club's supporters crossed their fingers, but Emiliano Nerio was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Filomeno Lehen kicked well hit freekick during the 18th minute of the match. Casimiro Bertin showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Vladimiro Bernat, who was totally free with the ball in the 25th minute. After 30 minutes of play, Catalina y Ernesto F.C's Enrique Arixo made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Casimiro Bertin was left in no man's land by his defense there! Casimiro Bertin didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Celso Suarez went, in the 32nd minute, to the upper right corner, 0-3 was the resulting score. In the 43rdth minute of the game Celso Suarez who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Racing Club's Casimiro Bertin was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After 44 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Racing Club! In the 46th minute there was a penalty for Catalina y Ernesto F.C. Bertold Demeter stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Casimiro Bertin. 0-4. After the first half Catalina y Ernesto F.C were leading 0-4. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Emiliano Nerio made a kick off. After some careless play in the Racing Club defense, Enrique Arixo kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Casimiro Bertin. The Racing Club fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Casimiro Bertin should have stopped the shot. 57 minutes into the game, Enrique Arixo cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-6. Casimiro Bertin was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Celso Suarez received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 63rd minute. Casimiro Bertin tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 66 minutes into the match, Racing Club's goalkeeper Casimiro Bertin had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Enrique Arixo. The crowd rose to their feet as Eliseo Bakar kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Casimiro Bertin. That made the score 0-7 in the 67 minute of play. Casimiro Bertin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Vladimiro Bernat in the 77th minute of play. Racing Club's Casimiro Bertin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Vladimiro Bernat in the 82nd minute of play. After some careless play in the Racing Club defense, Celso Suarez kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Casimiro Bertin. The Racing Club fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Casimiro Bertin should have stopped the shot. Casimiro Bertin showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Celso Suarez, who was totally free with the ball in the 93rd minute. 97 minutes into the match, Racing Club's goal looked a bit too open when Vladimiro Bernat came free, but Casimiro Bertin reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When the final whistle sounded Catalina y Ernesto F.C left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Racing Club.
