Spectators: 7027 (Terracing: 5427, Seating: 1500, VIP seats: 100) Chaviyú FC's Constantino Fernendo started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Curapaligüé FC's Teodoro Veronica got a good chance for a goal in the 4th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Curapaligüé FC's Bernabe Jokin proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 8th minute of the match, managed to save Curapaligüé FC from getting a goal against them. 13 minutes into the match, Curapaligüé FC's goal looked a bit too open when Constantino Fernendo came free, but Bernabe Jokin reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When the match clock showed 15 minutes, the score became 0-1 when Octavio Urti sped through Chaviyú FC's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Marcelino Pirmin. When the match had gone on for 18 minutes, Gabriel Ferman put it in 0-2 from a short distance just to the right of Marcelino Pirmin. Gabriel Ferman received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 25th minute. Marcelino Pirmin tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Marcelino Pirmin showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Octavio Urti in the 28th minute of the match. If Felix Sandalio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 32nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Curapaligüé FC's Bernabe Jokin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Constantino Fernendo in the 35th minute of play. When Curapaligüé FC's Teodoro Veronica in the 36th minute got a chance for a shot 36th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Chaviyú FC's goalie prevented a goal. Marcelino Pirmin came out of the goal in the 37th minute to try and stop a shot by Curapaligüé FC's Gabriel Ferman. But to his dismay, Gabriel Ferman quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-3. A collision led to Curapaligüé FC getting a freekick after 41 minutes play. Gabriel Ferman hit a great ball. When Teodoro Veronica came up free with the goalie in the 43rd minute, the Curapaligüé FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Teodoro Veronica couldn't finish the play. Curapaligüé FC's Gabriel Ferman got a good chance for a goal in the 45th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Disappointed in the 0-3 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Octavio Urti stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Gabriel Ferman sent away a hard shot on goal in the 52nd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Virgilio Dorio hit a great freekick 54 minutes into the match. Curapaligüé FC's Felix Sandalio got a good chance for a goal in the 56th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. If Teodoro Veronica had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 58th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Teodoro Veronica sent away a hard shot on goal in the 59th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The audience was convinced that Teodoro Veronica's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Marcelino Pirmin was relentless in the 62nd minute of the game. In the 63rd minute, Curapaligüé FC's Felix Sandalio dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 0-4. In the 70th minute, Florencio Llorian hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Casimiro Oriol during the 75th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 75 played minutes Chaviyú FC got a freekick which was hit by Casimiro Oriol. In the 77th minute, Teodoro Veronica ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Marcelino Pirmin was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-5. In the 82nd minute of the match Casimiro Oriol sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Bernabe Jokin skillfully saved the ball. A hard shot 83 in the game by Felix Sandalio from a close distance when the talented Marcelino Pirmin managed to make a qualified save. Chaviyú FC's players were relieved. After 88 played minutes Chaviyú FC got a freekick which was hit by Aquiles Lia. In the 94th minute Teodoro Veronica shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marcelino Pirmin saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Octavio Urti struck a weak shot in the 95th minute. Marcelino Pirmin didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Curapaligüé FC. Felix Sandalio sent away a hard shot on goal in the 96th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Curapaligüé FC's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
