Juan Atauri showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Eugenio Dominic in the 11th minute of the match. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Elpidio Mateo during the 13th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to Wilkinson Athletic getting a freekick after 13 minutes play. Elpidio Mateo hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Florentino Frasco in the 29th minute of play forced Haile Selassie's goalkeeper Dante Oinatz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 32nd minute, Irinel Jienescu made a precise shot to the right of Juan Atauri. Wilkinson Athletic's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-2. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Florentino Frasco made a kick off. In the 55th match minute, Wilkinson Athletic was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Florentino Frasco to maneuver through the defense. Zacarias Maties could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 57th minute of the match, but Juan Atauri made a huge save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Eugenio Dominic in the 58th minute of play forced Wilkinson Athletic's goalkeeper Juan Atauri to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. But to his dismay, Zacarias Maties quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-5. Florentino Frasco took the ball and in the 85 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Dante Oinatz. Dante Oinatz dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-5. In the 88th minute, Zacarias Maties made a precise shot to the right of Juan Atauri. Wilkinson Athletic's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-6. In the 91st match minute, Wilkinson Athletic was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Elpidio Mateo to maneuver through the defense. Irinel Jienescu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 92nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.
