Spectators: 7204 (Terracing: 5405, Seating: 1656, VIP seats: 143) RacingClubArg's Salvador Odon started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Pablo Oliveiro received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 6th minute. Erasmo Eleazar tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 7th minute, Jeremias Raphael hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Erasmo Eleazar stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Pablo Oliveiro's shot from short distance in the 9th minute. Salvador Odon received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 14th minute. Melchor Sidro tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Pablo Oliveiro in the 16th minute of play forced RacingClubArg's goalkeeper Erasmo Eleazar to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Salvador Odon took the ball and in the 18 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Melchor Sidro. Melchor Sidro dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. Erasmo Eleazar took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Pablo Oliveiro, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Lisandro Savion fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 22nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Melchor Sidro having to interfere. Lisandro Savion took the ball and in the 25 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Melchor Sidro. Melchor Sidro dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. The attack was good, but when Salvador Odon in the 30th minute was about to shoot he didn't kick quite good enough and the ball went high over goal. Melchor Sidro showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Salvador Odon in the 39th minute of the match. After 39 played minutes OTRO LETRAVALADNA got a freekick which was hit by Sergio Egoi. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-2 lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Pablo Oliveiro made a kick off. Melchor Sidro showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Salvador Odon, who was totally free with the ball in the 54th minute. Lisandro Savion received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 61st minute. Melchor Sidro tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Lisandro Savion who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 64thth minute tested the skills of Melchor Sidro when he managed to save the team from getting behind. If Salvador Odon had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 73rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 87 minutes OTRO LETRAVALADNA's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Jacinto Checa who took care of the corner kick. Jacinto Checa made a great header on RacingClubArg's corner, it was just that OTRO LETRAVALADNA's Melchor Sidro managed to reach the ball for a save. RacingClubArg's Erasmo Eleazar played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Pablo Oliveiro in the 93rd minute of play. 94 minutes into the match, Nicanor Christobal had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Erasmo Eleazar. RacingClubArg's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Nicanor Christobal was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-2.
