In the 11th minute Rodrigo Elequemedo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cleto Jerrald saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ernesto Poncio received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 13th minute. Cleto Jerrald tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Ernesto Poncio struck a weak shot in the 16th minute. Cleto Jerrald didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Gauchos de Boedo. The audience thought a goal was coming when Cristobal Valerio got free with Paolo Bastian in the 21st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Iker Velasco's late challenge caught a Chorrillos's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Iker Velasco helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Gauchos de Boedo getting a freekick after 21 minutes play. Iker Velasco hit a great ball. Ernesto Liher kicked well hit freekick during the 23rd minute of the match. In the 28thth minute of the game Ernesto Poncio who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Chorrillos's Cleto Jerrald was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 33rd minute Rodrigo Elequemedo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cleto Jerrald saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The audience was convinced that Ernesto Poncio's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Cleto Jerrald was relentless in the 35th minute of the game. Filomeno Guerau hit a great ball. 53 minutes in the game, Rodrigo Elequemedo dribbled his way through the penalty area and after maneuvering past an opponent, drilled a quick shot at the goal. The ball looked like it was going in, but it was hit a bit too hard and flew over the goal. 56 minutes into the match, Chorrillos's goalkeeper Cleto Jerrald had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Rodrigo Elequemedo. Jonathan Ikatz hit a great freekick 63 minutes into the match. Chorrillos's Cleto Jerrald played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ernesto Poncio in the 64th minute of play. The corner first didn't look so dangerous but when Rodrigo Elequemedo got the ball he succeeded in some way to get through the defenders to deliver a very hard score. Result 1-1. 66 minutes into the match. In the 72nd minute, Rodrigo Elequemedo got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Gauchos de Boedo's Paolo Bastian played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ariel Gonzalez in the 78th minute of play. When Gauchos de Boedo's Ernesto Poncio in 80 game minutes managed to cut through with the ball in front of the goal, only having to shoot. Cleto Jerrald guarding the goal like a pit bull was extremely focused and managed to reach the ball just by the crossbar before it went in. A collision led to Chorrillos getting a freekick after 81 minutes play. Serafino Tono hit a great ball. Cleto Jerrald took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ernesto Poncio, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Ernesto Poncio in the 85th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Cleto Jerrald prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Cristobal Valerio's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Paolo Bastian read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 90th minute of play. Chorrillos's Cristobal Valerio got a good chance for a goal in the 92nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Despite being the better team, Gauchos de Boedo failed to find the winning goal and were forced to settle for a single point.
