In the 21st minute, Uriel Romano fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Melchor Macias, passed just outside the right post. Crespo FC's Melchor Macias played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Uriel Romano in the 24th minute of play. Melchor Macias made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Uriel Romano in the 27th minute of play. 29 minutes into the match, Aguay's goal looked a bit too open when Esteve Izel came free, but Jorge Hitzeder reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 1-1 became the score in the 30th minute when Genaro Fanuco elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Juan Eskuin in the 34th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Jorge Hitzeder saved Aguay from getting behind. Genaro Fanuco sent away a hard shot on goal in the 40th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Leonides Velasco could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 44th minute of the match, but Melchor Macias made a huge save. A collision led to Crespo FC getting a freekick after 45 minutes play. Virgilio Semeno hit a great ball. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Esteve Izel was the one to do the kick off. If Leonides Velasco had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 52nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After having played for 66 minutes, Leonides Velasco managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Aguay's supporters crossed their fingers, but Leonides Velasco was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 69th minute Leonides Velasco shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Melchor Macias saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Melchor Macias showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Uriel Romano, who was totally free with the ball in the 83rd minute. Leonides Velasco fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 87th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Melchor Macias having to interfere. Melchor Macias showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Leonides Velasco in the 90th minute of the match. If Uriel Romano had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 92nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The Crespo FC players were the happier at the end of the match as they had prevented Aguay from taking control. The game ends in a draw.
