Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Hermengildo Cuartio in the 5th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Antonio Quintin prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After 5 minutes, Hermengildo Cuartio made it 0-1 with a short kick to the right side. Charatas AFC's Antonio Quintin tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. A collision led to Charatas AFC getting a freekick after 14 minutes play. Lino Diagur hit a great ball. Pastor Perfecto, 14 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. 16 minutes into the match, Charatas AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Hermengildo Cuartio came free, but Antonio Quintin reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. the shield's Raimundo Beltran suffered a concussion in the 17th minute, after a hard challenge, and had to leave the field. After 17 minutes, Lino Diagur mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Charatas AFC and the the shield players grew even worse after the yellow card. Lino Diagur hit a great freekick 18 minutes into the match. Hermengildo Chale fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 21st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Antonio Quintin having to interfere. Hermengildo Cuartio sent away a hard shot on goal in the 24th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Serafino Heriberto struck a weak shot in the 27th minute. Javier Eduino didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Charatas AFC. 30 minutes into the game, Hermengildo Chale was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. the shield's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Charatas AFC the free kick. Hermengildo Chale hit a great freekick 30 minutes into the match. After recieving a nice pass, Charatas AFC's Carmelo Cordarius tried to score from far away in the 31st minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. If Serafino Heriberto had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 36th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 40th minute Hipolito Nuñez shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Javier Eduino saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 45 minutes into the match, Serafino Heriberto had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Javier Eduino. the shield's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Serafino Heriberto was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Hermengildo Cuartio made a kick off. 54 minutes into the match, Charatas AFC's goalkeeper Antonio Quintin had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Hermengildo Cuartio. 55 minutes into the match, Hipolito Nuñez had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Javier Eduino. the shield's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Hipolito Nuñez was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-1. Hipolito Nuñez took the ball and in the 63 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Javier Eduino. Javier Eduino dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-1. Serafino Heriberto received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 66th minute. Javier Eduino tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Javier Eduino made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Hipolito Nuñez in the 78th minute of play.
