Reynaldo Bordat kicked well hit freekick during the 45th minute of the match. In the 47th minute Ernesto Gaizkine shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Evaristo Ganix saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Melquiades Juvenal came out of the goal and Herminio Furtado tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 74th minute Astor Baladi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Melquiades Juvenal saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Damian Birila sent away a hard shot on goal in the 76th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Ernesto Gaizkine charged in rather forcefully in the 77th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Ernesto Gaizkine the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Ernesto Gaizkine hit a great freekick 77 minutes into the match. 78 minutes into the match, Loventué FC's goal looked a bit too open when Herminio Furtado came free, but Melquiades Juvenal reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Damian Birila took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 93rd minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Melquiades Juvenal. Loventué FC's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Deportivo SACAEMPATE's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
