When Ansyari Sarumpaet fell near the penalty area in the 15th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored ALBA's protests and gave Ansyari Sarumpaet a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to ALBA getting a freekick after 15 minutes play. Ansyari Sarumpaet hit a great ball. In the 17th match minute, ALBA was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ansyari Sarumpaet to maneuver through the defense. Loventué FC's Melquiades Juvenal played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Baltasar Lluciano in the 20th minute of play. The supporters of Loventué FC booed when ALBA was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 37 match minutes in a wonderful position.
