Spectators: 7200 (Terracing: 5400, Seating: 1657, VIP seats: 143) After some careless play in the Iloga defense, Laureano Senio kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Sebastian Johans. The Iloga fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Sebastian Johans should have stopped the shot. Sebastian Johans showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Evelio Matia in the 16th minute of the match. 17 minutes into the game, Laureano Senio cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-2. Sebastian Johans was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. The supporters of Giant Killing booed when Iloga was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 25 match minutes in a wonderful position. Felipe Markel didn't get a good kick on the ball. Giant Killing's defense didn't have a chance, in the 28th minute, when Santo Eriz scored to the left of an out of position Jean-Charles Graffin, making the score, 3-2. In the 30th minute Laureano Senio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sebastian Johans saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, Giant Killing's Bernardo Hotz got a free kick in the 34th minute. Carlos Tevez recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 47th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 3-2 at half-time.

When Casimiro Txema fell near the penalty area in the 55th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Iloga's protests and gave Casimiro Txema a yellow card for diving instead. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 54th minute of the game. One of Iloga:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Giant Killing:s goal. When the match had been going on for 56 minutes, Giant Killing's Albino Isadore got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Sebastian Johans. Sebastian Johans made an important save on a dangerous shot by Anastasio Aresti in the 60th minute. A collision led to Iloga getting a freekick after 61 minutes play. Elias Romano hit a great ball. Laureano Senio received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 64th minute. Sebastian Johans tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Giant Killing's Jean-Charles Graffin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jonatan Fonda in the 66th minute of play. Laureano Senio ran back to his position shaking his head. Jean-Charles Graffin took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Santo Eriz, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Laureano Senio might have been able to make a better finish in the 93rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Sebastian Johans. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. When the final whistle sounded Giant Killing left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Iloga.
