An unexpectedly hard shot by Ismael Tallia in the 8th minute of play forced Miguelon's goalkeeper Cleto Xabel to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Cleto Xabel showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ismael Tallia, who was totally free with the ball in the 17th minute. After 19 minutes of play, mathias FC's Ismael Tallia made it 2-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Cleto Xabel was left in no man's land by his defense there! Ismael Tallia received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 22nd minute. Cleto Xabel tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Fernando Udalaitz's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 26thth minute, Cleto Xabel skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Ismael Tallia recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 28th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Fernando Udalaitz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 29th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ismael Tallia received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 31st minute. Cleto Xabel tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Miguelon's Igor Ruy got a free kick in the 34th minute. 38 minutes into the match, mathias FC's goal looked a bit too open when Constantino Uxio came free, but Haroldo Bittor reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The crowd rose to their feet as Joel Efren kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Cleto Xabel. That made the score 3-0 in the 41 minute of play. Af the end of the first half the score was 3-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Constantino Uxio made a kick off. In the 53rd minute, Ismael Tallia got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 55th minute Fernando Udalaitz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cleto Xabel saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 65th minute, Ismael Tallia got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After 68 played minutes Miguelon got a freekick which was hit by Isidoro Nisio. Iker Ondino, 69 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Miguelon's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave mathias FC the free kick. The supporters of mathias FC booed when Miguelon was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 91 match minutes in a wonderful position. Agustin Quinten didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 92ndth minute of the game Fernando Udalaitz who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Miguelon's Cleto Xabel was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ismael Tallia in the 96th minute of play forced Miguelon's goalkeeper Cleto Xabel to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. mathias FC walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
