Julian Aires dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. Cornelio Arixo came out of the goal in the 20th minute to try and stop a shot by Heckos's Jorge Louis. But to his dismay, Jorge Louis quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. In the 32nd minute, Serafin Rico made a precise shot to the right of Julian Aires. Heckos's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-2. A hard shot 35 in the game by Jorge Louis from a close distance when the talented Cornelio Arixo managed to make a qualified save. Cordona AFC's players were relieved. If Mauro Hitzeder had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 38th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Thanks to some nice moves Jorge Louis could shoot a difficult shot in the 43rd minute, which Cornelio Arixo however easily saved by the left post. Alonzo Brais kicked well hit freekick during the 46th minute of the match. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 1-2.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Cristian Orzaize stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After 54 played minutes, Cordona AFC's Domingos Constancio shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Julian Aires came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Cordona AFC reached it. The audience thought a goal was coming when Serafin Rico got free with Julian Aires in the 68th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. If Serafin Rico had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 69th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Serafin Rico in the 72ndth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Julian Aires, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Cordona AFC's Cornelio Arixo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jorge Louis in the 77th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Heckos's Mauro Hitzeder got a free kick in the 79th minute. Julian Aires stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Cristian Orzaize's shot from short distance in the 80th minute. Adan Berdaitz's late challenge caught a Cordona AFC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Adan Berdaitz helped the player get up and apologised. Adan Berdaitz hit a great freekick 81 minutes into the match. 83 minutes into the game, Cordona AFC's Serafin Rico nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Julian Aires made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-3. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cristian Orzaize in the 89th minute of play forced Heckos's goalkeeper Julian Aires to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Serafin Rico struck a weak shot in the 90th minute. Julian Aires didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Cordona AFC. If Adan Berdaitz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 93rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Cornelio Arixo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mauro Hitzeder, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Cristian Orzaize sent away a hard shot on goal in the 98th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The Heckos supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Cordona AFC's performance. The match ended with a win for Cordona AFC.
