Lino Ponc could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 18th minute of the match, but Daniel Honesto made a huge save. Lino Ponc's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Daniel Honesto firmly grabbed it by the left post. When Wilfredo Marques fell near the penalty area in the 26th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Atraucó's protests and gave Wilfredo Marques a yellow card for diving instead. In the 26th match minute, Atraucó was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Wilfredo Marques to maneuver through the defense. Lino Ponc blasted a shot towards the goal in the 32nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Daniel Honesto having to make a save. If Santos Foro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 35th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Daniel Honesto made a fantastic save in the 39th minute, when Lino Ponc sent off a good shot on target. If Constantino Arias had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 42nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 46th minute, Edgardo Galsino hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Constantino Arias to strike the kick off in the second half. Constantino Arias received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 54th minute. Daniel Honesto tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. A collision led to Atraucó getting a freekick after 55 minutes play. Constantino Petrigai hit a great ball. Atraucó's Daniel Honesto played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Constantino Arias in the 56th minute of play. Filomeno Santana's late challenge caught a Atraucó's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Filomeno Santana helped the player get up and apologised. After 67 played minutes TEMPERLEY A.C.T. got a freekick which was hit by Filomeno Santana. 69 minutes into the match, TEMPERLEY A.C.T.'s goal looked a bit too open when Santos Foro came free, but Epifanio Goren reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Daniel Honesto showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Constantino Arias in the 72nd minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Atraucó's Ezequiel Argi got a free kick in the 75th minute. In the 76th minute, Lino Ponc got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After 78 played minutes Atraucó got a freekick which was hit by Dalmacio Hegoi. An unexpectedly hard shot by Constantino Arias in the 79th minute of play forced Atraucó's goalkeeper Daniel Honesto to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 85 minutes into the match, TEMPERLEY A.C.T.'s Lino Ponc sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Daniel Honesto narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Daniel Honesto took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Edgard Lleir, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Edgard Lleir kicked well hit freekick during the 92nd minute of the match. Edgard Lleir fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 96th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Daniel Honesto having to interfere. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The TEMPERLEY A.C.T. fans cheered their team off the field, for while Atraucó had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
