Baltasar Garaile fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 10th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Daniel Honesto having to interfere. In the 12th minute, Constantino Isaio got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 17 minutes into the game, Diego Astigar recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Garland Sampson. Diego Astigar showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-0. Garland Sampson took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Santos Foro, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Jairo Markel had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 29th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Daniel Honesto took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Baltasar Garaile, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Daniel Honesto showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jairo Markel in the 33rd minute of the match. 34 minutes into the match, Bonifacio Cedro notched a goal, 1-1, to the right of Atraucó's Daniel Honesto. Daniel Honesto was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After a rather tough play, Aive AFC's Primitivo Abastas got a free kick in the 38th minute. Aive AFC's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. 40 minutes into the match, Jairo Markel had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Daniel Honesto. Atraucó's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Jairo Markel was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-2. Disappointed in the 1-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

A collision led to Atraucó getting a freekick after 51 minutes play. Santos Foro hit a great ball. Jairo Markel struck a weak shot in the 53rd minute. Daniel Honesto didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Aive AFC. If Constantino Isaio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 54th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Baltasar Garaile received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 56th minute. Daniel Honesto tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 59th minute, Diego Astigar hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a defensive mix-up in Atraucó's zone, Constantino Isaio stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Daniel Honesto came out of the goal and Constantino Isaio tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Aive AFC's Leon Crispo was substituted for Jairo Markel. Alejandro Oihan received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 67th minute. Daniel Honesto tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Atraucó's Cristo Iago got a free kick in the 72nd minute. After 74 played minutes Atraucó got a freekick which was hit by Constantino Petrigai. The long shot by Leon Crispo in the 76th minute really tested Daniel Honesto's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. Santos Foro sent away a hard shot on goal in the 77th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After some fancy dribbling in the 81st minute, Constantino Isaio managed to get in a good position for a shot. Aive AFC's supporters rose to their feet, but Constantino Isaio was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Daniel Honesto breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. With his leg Daniel Honesto managed to avoid a goal in the 84thth minute, when Aive AFC's Leon Crispo fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Leon Crispo in the 84thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Daniel Honesto, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Daniel Honesto showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Baltasar Garaile, who was totally free with the ball in the 87th minute. In the 89th match minute, Atraucó was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ezequiel Argi to maneuver through the defense. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Julio Maureo couldn't finish the play. In the 94th minute, Aive AFC's Leon Crispo ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Daniel Honesto. Daniel Honesto yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-3.
