Spectators: 6843 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1696, VIP seats: 147) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Jairo Markel made the kick off which started today's match. 4 minutes into the match, Jairo Markel had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Romulo Santio. San Lorenzo de Almagro's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Jairo Markel was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. In the 8th of the match, Baltasar Garaile tried to place the ball in the upper right corner, but Romulo Santio got in the way and made a wonderful save. 11 minutes into the game, Herminio Ostots was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. San Lorenzo de Almagro's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Aive AFC the free kick. In a very dangerous position, a player in San Lorenzo de Almagro fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 11th minute. Penalty! In the 20th play minute Constantino Isaio came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Romulo Santio. 3-0. Constantino Isaio sent away a hard shot on goal in the 24th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Romulo Santio made an important save on a dangerous shot by Jairo Markel in the 28th minute. Romulo Santio was out of position in the 30 minute of play, and Jairo Markel capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Jairo Markel really showed his touch with that goal: 4-0. Bonifacio Cedro hit a great freekick 33 minutes into the match. In the 34th minute of the match Primitivo Gorri sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Garland Sampson skillfully saved the ball. Constantino Isaio received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 39th minute. Romulo Santio tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Romulo Santio was a little too slow when Jairo Markel got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 40th minute. The score was now 5-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ovidio Aguirre in the 46th minute of play forced Aive AFC's goalkeeper Garland Sampson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Jairo Markel recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 47th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 5-0 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Ovidio Aguirre made a kick off. Aive AFC's Alejandro Oihan got a good chance for a goal in the 51st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Jairo Markel fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 53rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Romulo Santio having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 54th minute, Alejandro Oihan managed to get in a good position for a shot. Aive AFC's supporters rose to their feet, but Alejandro Oihan was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Romulo Santio breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Jairo Markel fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 56th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Romulo Santio having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in San Lorenzo de Almagro's zone, Alejandro Oihan stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Romulo Santio came out of the goal and Alejandro Oihan tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Romulo Santio didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Constantino Isaio went, in the 76th minute, to the upper right corner, 6-0 was the resulting score. Leon Crispo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 80th minute. Romulo Santio tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 82nd minute, Constantino Isaio managed to get in a good position for a shot. Alejandro Oihan charged in rather forcefully in the 91st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Alejandro Oihan the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Alejandro Oihan hit a great freekick 92 minutes into the match. After 93 played minutes, San Lorenzo de Almagro's Marciano Laurin shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Garland Sampson came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in San Lorenzo de Almagro reached it. Leon Crispo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 94th minute. Romulo Santio tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Leon Crispo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 95th minute.
