Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Martin Baristo started the match with the kick off. Abel Garaona made a fantastic save in the 4th minute, when Ernesto Dayam sent off a good shot on target. Anquincila's defense didn't have a chance, in the 5th minute, when Martin Baristo scored to the left of an out of position Abel Garaona, making the score, 1-0. In the 11th minute, Martin Baristo made a precise shot to the right of Abel Garaona. Anquincila's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-0. Abel Garaona showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Martin Baristo, who was totally free with the ball in the 15th minute. After 16 minutes, Alejo Mateo mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Anquincila and the Candelaria players grew even worse after the yellow card. Alejo Mateo hit a great freekick 16 minutes into the match. Martin Baristo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 17th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 19th minute, Martin Baristo reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Abel Garaona. The goal made the score 3-0. Aurelio Demesio sent away a hard shot on goal in the 30th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Isidoro Deunoro showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Aurelio Demesio in the 32nd minute of the match. Isidoro Deunoro came out of the goal in the 35th minute to try and stop a shot by Anquincila's Fabian Bizen. But to his dismay, Fabian Bizen quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-1. Ernesto Dayam hit a great freekick 38 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Fabian Bizen in the 41st minute of play forced Candelaria's goalkeeper Isidoro Deunoro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Ernesto Dayam had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 43rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.
When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Fabian Bizen made a kick off. In the 54th minute Martin Baristo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Abel Garaona saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Aurelio Demesio fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 57th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Isidoro Deunoro having to interfere. Ernesto Dayam struck a weak shot in the 66th minute. Abel Garaona didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Candelaria. If Martin Baristo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 68th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 70th minute, Damaso Bixintxo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Candelaria's Ernesto Dayam in the 74th minute got a chance for a shot 74th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Anquincila's goalie prevented a goal. 76 minutes into the match, Fabian Bizen dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Isidoro Deunoro, 3-2. Abel Garaona was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 95th minute Martin Baristo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Abel Garaona saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 96 minutes, Braulio Ado mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Candelaria and the Anquincila players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 96 played minutes Candelaria got a freekick which was hit by Braulio Ado. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Candelaria had won after a very even match.
