It was Bernabe Eliazar who took care of the corner kick. Raul Veronica might have been able to make a better finish in the 26th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Isidoro Deunoro. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Raul Veronica ran back to his position shaking his head. Pedro Fidele made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Martin Baristo in the 28th minute of play. Felix Maiorga took the ball and in the 35 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Isidoro Deunoro. Isidoro Deunoro dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. Felix Maiorga fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 42nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Isidoro Deunoro having to interfere. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Martin Baristo was the one to do the kick off. Felix Maiorga sent away a hard shot on goal in the 57th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Martin Baristo's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Pedro Fidele read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 60th minute of play. 64 minutes into the game, Candelaria's Ernesto Dayam nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Pedro Fidele made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-1. Ernesto Dayam sent away a hard shot on goal in the 68th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Pedro Fidele made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ernesto Dayam in the 71st minute of play. Raul Veronica struck a weak shot in the 75th minute. Isidoro Deunoro didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Donadeu AFC. Ernesto Dayam sent away a hard shot on goal in the 79th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 81 minutes into the match, Martin Baristo notched a goal, 3-1, to the right of Donadeu AFC's Pedro Fidele. Pedro Fidele was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 84th match minute, Candelaria was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ernesto Dayam to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Raul Veronica in the 88th minute of play forced Candelaria's goalkeeper Isidoro Deunoro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.
